Words can't express the humbleness that i feel for having the honor of shooting Sabrina & Justin's wedding. I met them not even a year ago through Facetime. We immediately clicked. I knew we were going to get along so well, but never could I have know I would gain a new sister & best friend. My heart hurts knowing they are so far away, but it rests knowing I WILL see them again because nothing can keep me from visiting the gorgeous mountains of CO again!
Ok on to the good stuff.... as you all know, CO was a bucket list destination wedding location. Sabrina & Justin did not disappoint with their choice of venue. I mean they were married in a historic mansion!!! It was absolutely breathtaking. The day of the wedding brought icy sleet and frigid temperatures, but we did NOT let it stop us from fulfilling their dreams. I can't tell you how many times I cried on this day. From the tiny details that Sabrina had including such heirlooms as her grandmothers pearls and hankie to a little precious child's handmade bracelet that was so dear to her heart. Oh and the heirloom ring that was given to Sabrina as a gift.. OMG check out that picture and the note about it. So incredible! Every little detail was to die for. I honestly could go on and on and on but I am not sure how much I get to write on Facebook.
What I do want to say is these two have something so rare and special that its obvious God has His hand in their relationship and on their lives. They center their life around Him and that is what matters most. Family from near and far, all around the world came to celebrate ( and Facebook Live) with these two. I can definitely say I am most honored to have been chosen for such an important day for these two (FYI: they are wedding photographers too!).
Sabrina & Justin, I truly wish you the very best in your marriage. Keep God first and I have no doubt everything will fall perfectly in to place. And of course I am an over sharer when it comes to sneak peeks, so you can only image how HUGE this "peek" is. The day was just so amazing that as I was choosing my peeks I wanted to tell the story of their day from beginning to end. I believe this album does just that for them to cherish and their family & loved ones from afar who were unable to attend. I hope they can enjoy a big peek into their magical day!
