Their Story:
Our story started one night in January, 2016. While out at a hometown bar with mutual friends, Jon and I began talking. Before this point, Jon and I had both attended the same high school and college. However, while sharing nearly two decades at Shamokin Area High School and Misericordia University, we actually had no association whatsoever. My sister Brooke will to this day insist that she is the reason we ended up together. Jon had been her substitute teacher one day and they had mentioned me and naturally she relayed this conversation to me. This is how we ended up talking while out with friends, I brought up Brooke and his conversation at school. After that night, we spent all our time together. I did play hard to get for some time at first, but it would have been my biggest mistake to let him go. He gave me the greatest gift in February of 2017, when we had our daughter Ava Leigh Grybos. She gave us a run for our money as a newborn and really tested our strength as a couple, but we wouldn't change her for anything and we are stronger than ever because of her. August 1st of 2017, Jon finally decided to get down on one knee at Ghezzis in Paxinos one day after my 25th birthday (and yes I knew he was going to because I caught him making a snapchat story on the way there from the backseat and of course it was the one day I forgot my phone). Since then we have bought a house, started multiple new jobs, started graduate school and added two crazy gigantic puppies to our family.
